Duties Include:-

• Making outbound calls to collect mortgage arrears
• Dealing with incoming arrear calls during busy periods
• Refer customers' mortgage accounts to the next stage of the collections process.
• Negotiate and arrange a payment plans.
• Dealing with escalated complaints and calls
• Dealing with the more complicated customer contacts.
